Oak Ride
Where Oak Ride operates
Oak Ride opens one zone at a time so rides stay fast and drivers stay busy. Every waitlist signup from a city tells us when to open it.
Cary and RDU: open
Our first zone. From downtown Cary and Fenton to RTP commutes and RDU airport runs, riders and drivers are matching now. Apex and Morrisville riders near the zone edge are often served too.
Raleigh: waitlist
Nights out in Glenwood South, NC State game days, concerts at Red Hat, flights out of RDU. Raleigh is next on the map after Cary, and it should not cost triple at closing time. On Oak Ride the fare is agreed before the car moves.
Durham: waitlist
Home. ICE Innovations is headquartered on Park Offices Drive. DPAC nights, Duke campus and hospital shifts, American Tobacco Campus and every neighborhood between.
Apex: waitlist
Voted one of the best places to live in America year after year, and underserved by rideshare. Salem Street evenings, Beaver Creek errands, RTP commutes. Apex opens as the Cary zone grows west.
Morrisville: waitlist
Minutes from RDU, in the middle of RTP, with Park West Village and Church Street Park full every weekend. Opens alongside Cary, with airport runs at a fare agreed before you buckle in.
After the Triangle
Charlotte and the Triad are next in North Carolina. The plan after that is Virginia, Washington DC, Florida and Atlanta. The same rule applies everywhere: we open where drivers and riders have signed up, not where a map says we should be.
