Digiverse LLC is the consulting arm of ICE Innovations. We advise executives and founders on AI strategy, enterprise architecture and building products that use AI responsibly, and we have the unusual credential of operating the platforms we advise on.

What we do

• AI strategy for leadership teams. Where AI changes your business, where it does not, what to build, buy or wait on, and how to govern it. Two to six weeks, ending in a plan your board can read.
• Enterprise and platform architecture. Designing or rescuing the systems a company runs on: data platforms, integration, marketplace and matching systems, real time operations.
• Product and venture advisory. For founders building two sided marketplaces or AI products: pricing models, trust and safety, patent strategy, and getting to a first live market without burning the runway.
• Fractional CTO. A senior technical executive for companies that need one part time.
