Delivery · formerly ICE Drop

Oak Drop

Oak Drop is local delivery by the same verified drivers who carry Oak Ride passengers. It lives inside the Oak Ride app and opens in stages as each zone has enough drivers.

How a delivery works

1. Describe the item.Pickup, drop off, what it is, roughly how big, and its value.
2. Propose a fee.Take the suggested fee or name your own. A nearby courier accepts or counters, exactly like a ride.
3. Watch it move.Photo at pickup, live position on the map, photo at delivery, all sent to you.

What you can send

Documents, food, groceries, clothing, electronics, gifts, keys and household items up to 50 pounds. No weapons, hazardous materials, drugs, cash or live animals. The full list and the claims process are in the Oak Drop Delivery Terms.

Plans

A free plan with a per delivery fee, and Oak Plus, a monthly membership that reduces or removes delivery fees. Current prices are in the app. Oak Drop was previously announced as ICE Drop.

For drivers

Deliveries appear as offers alongside rides, with your take home shown before you accept. Same plans, same payouts, same insurance while a delivery is in progress.
